SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- THE RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED BY SHAUN SAMSON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
- THE RETURNED ITEM MUST HAVE ITS ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
- THE RETURNED ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
REFUNDS
AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM, SHAUN SAMSON WILL CREDIT THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE MINUS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST. SHAUN SAMSON WILL NOT REFUND ANY CUSTOMER WHOSE ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE WAS INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE UNLESS THAT ORDER IS CLASSIFIED AS UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED TO SHAUN SAMSON (SEE THE UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES SECTION BELOW FOR DETAILS). SHAUN SAMSON WILL NOT RE-SHIP ANY ORDER THAT IS NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE WAS INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM ACCORDING TO THE RETURN PROCEDURES LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT TO REQUEST AN RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR YOUR RETURN. FOR ALL EXCHANGES A REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT, AND THE CUSTOMER MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE DESIRED ITEM.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AT TO REQUEST A SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. WE WILL THEN EMAIL YOU AN RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED USING ANY SHIPPING METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE, WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACEABLE AND INSURED SERVICE. ONCE WE RECEIVE CUSTOMER RETURNED MERCHANDISE WE WILL IMMEDIATELY TAKE CARE OF CORRECTIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE.
